Refund and Returns Policy

At dengiaygap, your satisfaction with our handcrafted DIY paper products is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 7-day Refund and Returns Policy for all eligible purchases.

1. Eligible Products

This policy applies to the following items purchased directly from dengiaygap:

  • DIY Gift Kits

  • 3D Paper Sculptures

  • Low Poly Animal Paper Models

  • Origami Lamps

  • Paper Lampshades

  • DIY Paper Sculptures

  • Other 3D Papercraft Sets

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return and full refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incomplete upon delivery.

  • There are production or packaging errors affecting usability or appearance.

  • You provide supporting evidence such as clear photos or videos of the issue.

3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund, the item must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in the original condition it was received.

  • Be returned in the original packaging, including all instructions and accessories (if applicable).

  • Include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send the product back.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your provided bank account.

You will be asked to supply:

  • Your bank account number

  • Account holder name

  • Bank name and branch

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part:

  • dengiaygap will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake):

  • The customer is responsible for return 30.000 VND shipping costs.

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.

6. Exclusions

Refunds and returns are not available for:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

  • Used or damaged items not caused by dengiaygap.

  • Custom-designed or personalized kits.
