1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
2. Refund Timeline

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are made via the original payment method.
3. Accepted Return Conditions
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
a. Product Defect or Damage on Arrival

If your chandelier arrives damaged or defective, please contact [email protected] or 0919009857 within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the damage.

Full refunds or replacements will be issued based on the extent of damage and customer preference.
b. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong model or variation, report it within 7 days.

We will arrange for a free return and send the correct item, or issue a full refund.
c. Customer Change of Mind

Due to the custom handmade nature of our chandeliers, returns for change of mind are accepted only if the product is unused and undamaged.

Return shipping costs in this case will be borne by the customer.

A restocking fee of 10% may apply.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns if:

The product has been used, altered, or installed.

The damage is due to mishandling after delivery.
